About militating.com
Who we are, how a story gets made, and why every summary links back to the original reporting.
militating.com is a multilingual news site. We follow politics, defence, AI, technology, science, history and the job market, and publish each news event as one clear, neutral summary in English, Dutch and French.
How a story gets made
- We collect articles from news outlets through their public feeds and websites.
- Articles about the same event are grouped into one story. A story can be based on a single report or on many.
- A language model drafts one balanced summary of what the reporting says, and translates it.
- An editor reviews the draft before it is published.
- Every story lists its sources with a link to the original article, so you can always read the reporting yourself.
What we are not
We do not write opinion pieces, take sides or rank outlets. Where reports disagree on the facts, the summary says so. Read our editorial and AI policy for the details.
